Shipping Info: All domestic orders are shipped by Deutsche Post/DHL unrecorded delivery, and should take 1-3 business days to arrive for delivery within Germany.

International orders are shipped using Deutsche Post/DHL, with the package being passed to the domestic mail delivery service in the destination country before delivery to the customer. Delivery times will vary depending on delivery destination, and may also be subject to import taxes.

To ensure that your order arrives successfully, all shipping prices quoted on the site are for recorded delivery. We appreciate that in some instances, particularly with vinyl, these prices may be prohibitively expensive.

Return Policy: Items may be returned in as new condition within 14 days of purchase.

All goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to the seller - please make sure to send all returns via recorded delivery to ensure their arrival.
